CLUBDAWGWOODTAILGATE.COM and Club Dawgwood LLC (collectively “Club Dawgwood”) are operated by Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. (collectively “EET”, “we”, “us”, “our”).  By using this website and/or making a purchase from us you (“you”, “your”) agree to abide by the complete EET terms (located herein and at https://www.empireentertainmentandtravel.com/termsofsale.asp), conditions, rules, and policies (collectively, the “Terms”, “Policy”), which are intended to facilitate your understanding of, and satisfaction with, our purchasing process and the policies and procedures governing any such purchase.

If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms, please do not use this website or enter into any transaction with EET. If you make a purchase on behalf of someone else, the Terms shall also apply to that person(s), and it is your duty to inform such person(s) of this Policy. Please read this Policy carefully prior to making any purchase with us over the phone, in person, or on this website.  This Policy is in addition to any other information provided to you or otherwise posted by EET and/or a Ticketing Website.

Club Dawgwood is privately operated by EET. Club Dawgwood and EET are not affiliated with nor licensed by the University of Georgia (herein “Event organizer”). We do not act on the authority or official permission of the Event organizer, or any other mentioned entities on the website.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ALL PURCHASES, AND/OR PAYMENTS MADE TO US ARE FINAL, NONREFUNDABLE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. NO EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, OR RESALE OF PURCHASED ITEMS ALLOWED. NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH. ANY VIOLATION OF THE EET POLICY BY YOU OR ANY OTHER USER OF ELEMENTS OF YOUR PURCHASE WILL RESULT IN YOUR PURCHASE BEING CANCELLED WITHOUT ANY REFUND OR OTHER COMPENSATION.

All times listed are local for the Event. Event dates, times, and venue are subject to change in the sole discretion of EET, the Event organizer, venue owner, or other third party responsible for the staging of the Event or any other elements of your Purchase, as applicable. In some cases, Events may be held with restrictions or limitations on the maximum number of spectators allowable at such Event or held without spectators at all. It is your responsibility to verify such information prior to attending the Event. EET shall not be responsible for notifying you of Event date, time, or venue changes, or of spectator capacity restrictions. While no changes to the date, time, venue, or spectator capacity of the Event, or any other element of your Purchase, shall entitle you to a refund or any other remedy, please contact EET  in the event that you cannot attend the Event. We reserve the right to replace elements of your purchase with comparable or upgraded elements, and to change or omit features of your purchase, and in the event such replacement, change, or omission occurs, we shall be considered to have fulfilled its obligations under the Policy.

Subject to other limitations of our liability contained in the Purchase Policy, in no event shall our total liability to you for any and all damages, losses, and/or claims related to all or any element of your purchase exceed the amount paid by you for your purchase.

  1. Club Dawgwood Parking

1.1          Parking Pass good for one standard size vehicle on the game day indicated. 
1.2          Lot opens at 7 AM for games starting at Noon, 8 AM for games starting at 3:30 PM or later.  You are allowed to park in our lot up to 2 hours post-game time. 
1.3          This Parking Pass is valid for PARKING ONLY, it is not a tailgate space. DOES NOT INCLUDE TAILGATING.  NO HANGING OUT IN THE LOT.  NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED.  NO BATHROOM AVAILABILITY.

         PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  RESALE NOT ALLOWED.
1.5          Parking passes not scanned-in 30 minutes prior to kick off will be considered a “No Show”.  Club Dawgwood reserves the right to cancel “No Show” parking passes and may resell the space with No Refund.  If you cannot arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the game please call us in advance at 706-250-7660 and let us know when you can make it and we will make every effort to accommodate.
1.6          No liability is assumed by EE&T or Club Dawgwood for loss or damage by fire, theft, or any other causes to, or by the vehicle while in custody of management. One standard size car is accepted for parking only. You acknowledge that security may not be provided and that all parking at Club Dawgwood is AT THE VEHICLE OWNER’S SOLE RISK. The acceptance and use of this ticket relieves this company of any responsibility for fire, theft, or accidents. Any person driving the vehicle becomes the agent of the owner solely. All claims for adjustments must be presented before vehicle leaves facility.
1.7          Remove All Valuables. Club Dawgwood and/or its employees and contractors are NOT responsible for articles left in cars at any time, including, but not limited to, iPads, Laptops, Cell phones, portable devices or any other articles left in the vehicle. No employee has authority to vary or increase our liability.
1.8          This permit is valid ONLY during the period indicated on the face of this ticket and ONLY for the facility at which it was issued.
1.9          Vehicles with invalid authorization tickets, no ticket displayed on dash, or 2 hours post-game will be towed at the owner’s expense.

FORCE MAJEURE.  We shall not be held liable to you or any other third party under this Policy due to our inability to perform our obligations by reason of any fire, earthquake, rain, flood, substantial snowstorm or other weather event, epidemic, pandemic, accident, explosion, casualty, strike, lockout, work stoppage, labor controversy, riot, civil disturbance, travel restrictions, act of public enemy, terrorism, cyber-terrorism, embargo, war, act of God, or any applicable Laws, or any executive, administrative, or judicial orders, or any failure or delay of any transportation, power, or communications system, or any other similar causes or conditions beyond the reasonably foreseeable control of EET (each, a “Force Majeure”). Delay in our performance of any obligations relating to your Purchase due to the occurrence of a Force Majeure shall not constitute a breach of this Policy or grounds for cancellation or termination of your Purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, EET shall not issue any refunds or exchanges for any Events due to the postponement, relocation, restriction, or limitation of access to such Event due to the occurrence of a Force Majeure. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we shall be permitted to cancel your Purchase, with or without notice to you, in the event that either party is unable to complete performance hereunder prior to the Event due to the occurrence of a Force Majeure.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Site.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Site. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Site available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Payments
We may provide paid products and/or services within the Site. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
