Club Dawgwood Tailgate Packages offer a premium reserved location across from the UGA Athletic Complex. Whether you have a small group of 2 to 10 guests, a large group of 50 to 100+ guests, or something in between Club Dawgwood can customize the ultimate Georgia tailgate for your pre-game event. No. A parking pass is for parking only. If you want to tailgate check out our Dawg Pack passes in our Shop, or please contact us to discuss a tent package upgrade.
We’re located at 1376 S Lumpkin St, Athens, GA, catty-corner to the UGA Athletic Complex. We’re an easy 10-minute walk (+/-) to Sanford Stadium.
All games beginning at 3:30 PM or earlier: Tailgating is permitted from 8 AM until the end of the first quarter or when all guest have left for the game.
All games beginning after 3:30 PM: Tailgating is permitted 10 AM until the end of the first quarter or when all guest have left for the game .
Nope! We’ve got you covered. However, we do ask that you make use of the provided recycling/trash receptacles during your tailgate. Excessive trash or destruction of your tailgate site may incur additional fees.
Yes! Tailgate members will have access to a shared bathroom on site.
We do not allow:
- Additional tents
- Golf carts/ATVs
- Generators
- Propane tanks, open flames/campfires
- Barbecuing or cooking on site. Grills, deep fryers/low country boils, or other cooking equipment are prohibited.
- Throwing footballs or frisbees- Games or activities determined by security to be harmful to fans
- Drones or other RC devices
- Excessive or underage alcohol consumption will not be tolerated.
- Glass containers/bottles are not permitted for safety purposes.
- Entering the property after the hours posted, unless otherwise approved in advance.
- Drug use. This includes intoxication or other signs of impairment related to drug or alcohol consumption.
- Organized team sports, unless pre-approved.
- Performances and/or commercial activity, unauthorized solicitation or commercial promotions.
- Use of abusive, foul or disruptive language or obscene gestures.
- Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature.
- Use of tobacco products of any form, including e-cigarettes.
- Ticket scalping.
- Trespassing, soliciting, loitering, panhandling.
- Rummaging in trash receptacles.
- Standing on chairs or seat walls.
- Pyrotechnics, firearms, and weapons of any kind or any other item or action deemed dangerous or inappropriate.
- Glitter and confetti of any kind.
- Amplified music that disturbs others.
- Obstructing entrances.
- Use of plastic tarps on the lawns.
- Use or possession of portable public-address systems of any kind.
- Distribution or affixation of adhesive-backed decals and stickers.
- Defying directions from staff.
Guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest guest service/security representative.
Each tailgate package includes at least one (1) parking pass. Additional parking passes for tailgate guests are available as an add-on, and should be arranged in advance, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange additional parking, or you can distribute this link to purchase single game parking only passes.
For those who only need parking (no tailgating) we have passes available for single game purchases now in the Club Dawgwood Shop. Seasonal parking can be purchased in advance, subject to availability.
Yes. Club Dawgwood Tailgate is a family-friendly event. Kids must be supervised by an adult.
Club Dawgwood has a relationship with Empire Tickets, a full-time ticket brokerage located in the heart of Atlanta. Empire Tickets can help anyone secure any ticket to any event by calling 404-467-0227. Note that our season memberships include year-long ticket concierge service by Empire Tickets.

We currently do not allow pets at Club Dawgwood Tailgate.
Yes, if your tailgate package does not include catering, you’re welcome to bring pre-prepared food. Please note that on-site cooking is not permitted. Beverages, including alcohol, are allowed within your designated tailgate area.
You may also choose to arrange catering through us or select from any local catering companies or restaurants in the Athens area. To explore your options or coordinate details, feel free to contact us directly.
